Additional Notes:
1) PEAK SEASON RATES IN EFFECT APRIL 1 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, PLUS FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ALL YEAR ROUND.
2) Rates listed on this page are for 2 to 4 people per unit per night. An additional charge of $5.00 per person per night will be charged for more than 4 people per unit. Children under 5 years of age stay free. Pets are $10.00 per pet per night.
3) All units are ocean-front with view. All units have kitchens (full range or range-top plus microwave oven) with cooking utensils, dishes and silverware provided. Basic cable TV in all units.
4) There is no daily maid service.
5) Reservations for all units require a 2-night minimum stay all year round. For New Years, holiday and special event weekends (eg clam digs) additional minimum stays will be required.
6) Long stay promotion during Off Season: 7th night free when staying 6 consecutive nights or 4th night free when staying 4 consecutive nights that exclude a Friday or Saturday stay.
7) Check-out time is 11am. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Office hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm.
8) ADVANCE RESERVATIONS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. For the whole month of July, August and holidays weekend periods (Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, full refund of advance reservation one night deposits will only be made with notice of cancellation minimum of 30 days before arrival. For other all other periods, full refund of advance payments will only be made with notice of cancellation minimum of 7 days before check-in time.
9) Full payment will be charged to reserved card 7 days before arrival.
